- Strong drive with a desire to learn and grow
- Stellar interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, able to keep deadlines and manage a book of business
- Assertive and strong desire to be successful while possessing a high level of work ethic and integrity
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed and work as an individual contributor as well as part of a team
- Technologically savvy; comfortable with Google Sheets, PDF editor, Microsoft Office
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Extensive sales training and mentorship from some of the most savvy sales men and women on Wall Street

- $65k OTE ($40k base salary + $25k quota-based bonuses including 5% commission)
